The hotel’s new key management system required the client to go into Traka to add a user’s Avigilon ACM credentials every time access needed to be granted. A task that not only created redundant work, but introduced potential for manual error every time the system was accessed.
Octeum was tasked with eliminating manual identity, token and role information syncing in Traka.

After ensuring our solution would meet the hotel’s needs, Octeum jumped into two phases: development and deployment.
Development
- Synchronized identity, credential and role data using our Transit-IO solution.
Deployment
- The Avigilon/Traka sync solution will be deployed remotely to the hotel’s server.
- User roles will be automatically synced into Traka when assigned in Avigilon.
