The Challenge

As personnel records were created or updated in Workday, changes were securely synchronized across six independent access control systems, eliminating duplicate data entry and improving data consistency.
To address functionality unavailable within the native platform, Octeum expanded its Transit-IO integration framework by enhancing both the Avigilon ACM and Workday connectors.
The customized solution recreated enterprise synchronization capabilities, automatically propagating cardholder and credential updates between regional systems while providing a scalable integration architecture that could evolve with the organization’s security environment.
