If you asked us five years ago what Octeum’s culture looks like, our answer would have been easy: fun, collaborative, excited. We like to find solutions and discover new things. And to be honest? We get pretty pumped when we do.

Of course we all know our company cultures changed pretty quickly and dramatically two years ago. And now that working from home is an option for so many industries, many are struggling to hold onto employees who are suddenly able to get their dream job without relocating.

But guess what? What we’ve built at Octeum weathered the storm. We’ve always wanted our office to be a place our employees want to be, but more importantly, we want our entire company—whether virtual or in-person—to reflect that fun, collaboration and excitement.

Like almost every other workplace out there, our team has felt the effects of two years of working from home, but it turns out, laying the foundation of our culture long before the pandemic—and being willing to flex and shift to meet our team’s needs—has gone a long way. We’re proud of our people, what they’ve accomplished, how they’ve come together even while apart, and of the incredible work they’ve done and continue to do for our clients.

OK, so all of that is fantastic for Octeum. But what does it mean for our clients? It means we bring that same culture into our work. We believe in collaboration, the excitement of finding the right tools and solutions, and the trust that comes with both. When organizations partner with us, they’re partnering with a team that thrives on working together, building solutions, discovering new approaches. And while that’s fun, we also give every single task the attention and expertise it needs.

A lot of companies talk about their culture. When you’re choosing who to trust with your business and your sensitive information, that culture matters.
