What you’ll do

Design & Deliver

  • Design and implement integrated physical security solutions including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and supporting technologies
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable, high-performance system architectures
  • Lead deployments and technical implementations from planning through execution
  • Ensure solutions align with operational, security, and business objectives

Integrate & Innovate

  • Develop and support integrations between security platforms, enterprise systems, and data sources
  • Connect disparate technologies into unified security ecosystems
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to system design and functionality

Test & Optimize

  • Configure and validate security applications, devices, and supporting infrastructure

Support & Evolve

What we’re looking for

Experience

  • 3–5+ years working with physical security systems including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Genetec, Software House, LenelS2, Honeywell, or similar
  • Experience designing, deploying, and supporting integrated security solutions
  • Background in customer-facing technical delivery or consulting environments

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of IP-based systems, networking, and connected devices
  • Experience configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise security platforms
  • Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system interoperability concepts

What you’ll do

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of technical projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans to accommodate changing priorities, customer requirements, and project risks.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality expectations and customer requirements.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate activities between customers, manufacturers, software vendors, installation teams, subcontractors, and internal technical resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support system integration efforts involving physical security platforms and enterprise applications such as HR systems, identity providers, building management systems, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Ensure project deliverables comply with customer security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Partner closely with customers, business leaders, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to define requirements and align project goals with business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, field personnel, and third-party vendors.
  • Provide regular project status updates, executive summaries, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to customers and internal leadership teams.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, constraints, and potential roadblocks early in the project lifecycle.
